By order and for account of Importadores Electronicos S.A., 147 Avenida San Jose, Panama, Rep. of Panama we hereby issue an Irrevocable Documentary Credit No. 1234 for USD110,000.00 (say US dollars One Hundred Ten Thousand only ) to expire on June 17,2007 in Hong Kong available with Freely negotiable against beneficiary's draft(s) at sight drawn on us and the documents detailed herein:
(1)Commercial Invoice and one copy.
(2)Full set clean on board marine Bills of Lading consigned to order and blank endorsed marked freight prepaid.
(3)Certificate of Origin.
(4)Insurance Policy or Certificate covering All risks and war risks for 110% of the invoice value stipulating claim, if any, to be payable in currency of the draft.
(5)Certificate of Weight in triplicate Evidencing shipment of Televisions, VCRs, Videc Recorders and spare parts of japanese origin and 10,000 VHS cassettes of Chinese origin as per purchase order 1714-x, C.I.F. Prerto Armuelles, Panama (INCOTERMS 1990) from port of Hong Kong transportation to Puerto Armuelles,Panama not late than June 9,2007

亲爱的先生
应开证申请人圣银泰多电子公司（圣约瑟大街147号，巴拿马城，巴拿马共和国）的要求，我们在此开立编号为1234的不可撤消跟单信用证，金额为110000美元（大写：十一万美元整），信用证到期日为香港 6 时间2007年6月17日，凭受益人出具给我方的的即期汇票以及如下所列的单据以自由议付方式兑现：
（1）商业发票一份
（2）全套清洁已装船海运提单，做成空白抬头空白背书，注明运费预付
（3）原产地证书。
（4）中国原产地证书。
（5）保险单或保险凭证，按商业发票价值的110%投保一切险、战争险，并规定用汇票的币种赔付。
（6）重量单一式三份。
货物：日本原产的电视机和录像机及零配件，以及10000盘中国原产的录像带，，根据编号为1714-x的购货订单，CIF波多阿穆勒斯，巴拿马（根据1990年版国际贸易术语解释通则）。从香港运到波多阿穆勒斯，巴拿马，不迟于2007年6月9日。
允许分批装运。
允许中途转运。
单据必须在货运单据出单日后的15天内交出。但（交单日）无论如何必须在信用证的有效期之内。汇票必须注明：“凭宾可银行，巴拿马城，2007年5月29日出具的编号为1234的跟单信用证出票”我们在此向善意持票人承诺，一旦交出符合信用证条款的单据和汇票，我们将保证付款。索偿条款：所有的汇票和单据都必须用航空挂号邮寄给我方。
